IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read.

 

PRODUCTION TIMES:

All of the items in my store are handmade and will take up to 5-7 working days before dispatch. 

 

TRACKING INFORMATION:

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class 

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail standard which is a non-trackable service,  it will not have a tracking number. 

Unfortunately, I cannot provide updates once it has been handed over to Royal Mail. Once I have dispatched your order please understand that it is now in the trust of Royal Mail. Delays due to Royal Mail do happen from time to time. Thank you in advance for your patience concerning any shipping enquiries. 

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Just a friendly reminder to double-check and make sure your address is up to date before you hit the check out button as your order will be shipped to the address you provided at the checkout.  If for any reason you need to make changes to your delivery address, please notify me as soon as possible and I will do my best to make any changes if the order hasn't already left me.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

A lot of love, attention and care has gone into making my items, but if for any reason something has managed to sneak its way through without being caught, or you are unhappy with your order please contact me so I can resolve it for you asap.
